Can Obstracts convert PDF reports to STIX 2.1 objects?

No, but you can do this in Stixify.

Do you offer free trials for paid plans?

No. You can explore Obstracts for free to determine if the data and APIs suit your needs. If you want to download data you must have a paid subscription.

How does cancellation work?

Things change. We get it. You can cancel your plan at any time inside Obstracts (you don't need to contact us!). Once cancelled your plan will remain active until your next billing period.

I'm an MSSP, distributor, reseller, etc. Can I use Obstracts with my clients?

Yes. Obstracts supports the management of multiple teams for each of your clients. Please contact us for discounted pricing for non-end user accounts.

Are requests to the API limited?

We have a fair use policy that allows for up to 250 requests per day, per team member. Therefore if your plan supports 10 team members, you can make 2,500 request to the API per day. This is not an enforced limit, however, if we do notice consistent abuse of this limit we will contact you directly to discuss options (we can provide custom pricing plans for power-users).

Can I invite users outside my email domain to my team?

No. A team is considered to be a single company and all team members must have an email address with the same domain name. We are aware of some edge-case (e.g. geographic domains) which we will allow for. Please raise a support ticket here if you feel you are one of these edge cases.
